Annette Diaz Franz is a distinguished operations manager and client liaison at Franz Law Group, bringing over three decades of experience in managing law firm practices. Born in Edinburg, Texas, Annette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas - Pan American, obtained in 1994.

Annette’s exceptional skills in communication and relationship-building are evident through her extensive involvement in community service and leadership roles. She is a graduate of both Leadership Hidalgo and Leadership Rio Grande Valley, programs that have honed her leadership capabilities and community engagement. Her commitment to service is further demonstrated by her roles as a board member and officer for numerous area nonprofits, including the Capable Kids Foundation, Rio Grande Valley Literacy Center, and Zonta International, among others. These positions have allowed her to advocate for equality, education, and the end of gender-based violence, showcasing her dedication to impactful causes.

In 2017, Annette was elected to the McAllen Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she served as Chairperson from 2021 to 2022, further solidifying her leadership credentials. Her humanitarian efforts have been recognized with a Humanitarian Award from the Rio Grande Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, highlighting her commitment to serving those in need.

Annette’s global perspective is enriched by her participation in mission ministries across the Rio Grande Valley, Mexico, Kenya, and Colombia, through her church and as a team member of Healing International Medical Missions (H.I.M.M.). She also initiated the Mochila Ministry, marketing and selling handwoven bags by the Wayuu tribe in Colombia, with proceeds benefiting the community’s living conditions and educational opportunities.
